Ready Set Dance has been designed to support children to develop the three C’s – confidence, coordination and creativity.

Regular and sustained participation in Ready Set Dance classes helps children to develop their CONFIDENCE as they try new things, practice and consolidate existing skills and experience success and mastery.

CONFIDENCE is also supported when children have the opportunity to use their skills in new and different ways and in different contexts.

As children develop confidence they also develop resilience and self-efficacy which is an optimistic self-belief in our own competence and our likely successful accomplishment of a task.
