HOW DO I GET STARTED?

The Ready Set Dance app is pre-loaded with amazing original content for you to enjoy. We highly recommend listening through some tracks and selecting your favorites as you go. We have built a starter’s guide for both Studio Owners & Teachers that you will have access to in the settings page of the App to help you deliver the award-winning program step by step.

Once you have signed up to the Ready Set Dance program of your choosing you will receive an email with the link to download the app and your username and password.

  • Step 1: Download the app to your device.
  • Step 2: Open the app and log in using the details provided to you in the email.

HOW DO I UPDATE MY LOG IN DETAILS, CHANGE PAYMENT DETAILS OR EDIT/CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?

Simply log in to your account page, select account management and change your desired details. Via the readyset.dance website you can easily change:

  • Your log in and password
  • Payment details
  • To add programs, upgrade or cancel your subscription, please contact [email protected]

WHAT DO I DO IF I FORGET MY PASSWORD?

If you have forgotten your password, simply open the Ready Set Dance app on your device and click ‘Forgot my password’ on the login page. The link will be sent to the email address that you have registered with to reset your password.

You can select to save your log in details in the app, so that it will be pre-saved for next time you login.

If for whatever reason you no longer use the email address that is registered to your Ready Set Dance App account, please contact [email protected] to update these details.

IS THE APP COMPATIBLE WITH IPHONE & ANDROID?

The Ready Set Dance app is compatible with both Apple & Android devices.

If you are having trouble opening the app:

  • Step 1: Please delete it
  • Step 2: Ensure your phone software is updated
  • Step 3: Download the app again
  • Step 4: Log Back in
  • Step 5: Still not working? Contact [email protected]

CAN THE APP BE USED ON MULTIPLE DEVICES AT THE SAME TIME?

Yes. All subscriptions allow simultaneous use of the Ready Set Dance app on 3 different devices within your registered location.

In your registered location:

  • All authorized personnel can log in using the one set of log in details
  • Any new playlists you make in the app will be visible to any other users on their device
  • Any changes you make to favorites or playlists will be visible to any other users on their device.

You cannot provide your account details for the Ready Set Dance app to anyone outside of your dance studio.

For unlimited device access, upgrade your device subscription via the Member Hub.

WHAT DO I NEED TO KNOW ABOUT THE FAVORITE’S FUNCTION?

The yellow star next to each track controls your favorites. Tap the yellow star to add or remove a track. View all favorites by selecting the first tab on the bottom bar of the screen called Favorites.

Once you have added a track or playlist to your favorites it will be saved until you remove it. You can close the app and your favorite tracks and playlists will be saved for next time.

Any tracks or playlists that you choose to favorite from anywhere in the app will be seen as a favorite track or playlist to any other user that is logged in with the same account details. You can easily remove a favorite by tapping the yellow star. This removes it for everybody else too. Please refer to the T’s & C’s in regard to multiple users.

WHAT DO I NEED TO KNOW ABOUT THE PLAYLIST FUNCTION?

We recommend the pre-loaded Ready Set Dance playlists to run your classes, as the tried and tested, award-winning formula has been applied to the creation of these lists. However, if you prefer, you can create your own playlists from any tracks within the program.

When you are creating your own playlist you can select tracks from any curriculum. You can choose to create your playlists with all one curriculum or a combination, depending on how you are running your classes. All custom playlists will be created with a Rainbow Icon.

Create a Playlist by clicking ‘Playlists’ from the bottom bar of the app. Select the + symbol in the purple circle on the bottom right-hand corner of the page. You will then be prompted to give your playlist a title and add your tracks.

Once you select a playlist to play for a class, play the first song and the whole playlist will play one song after the other. You will be able to pause/skip/go back as you wish by using the play, pause, stop buttons on the player page.

You can edit your playlists too.

  • Select the playlist you wish to edit.
  • Select the pencil icon in the top right hand corner of the app
  • Edit the name of your playlist or remove tracks
  • Press DONE, when you have completed your edits
  • Tap the + symbol in the purple circle at the bottom right corner of the app to add a track to an existing playlist.

CAN I USE THE APP WHILE A SONG OR PLAYLIST IS PLAYING?

Yes. The audio/video track you have selected will move to a small purple bar at the bottom of the page if you need to navigate throughout the rest of the app. You can pause or play the track from this little bar. There is an arrow on the left-hand side of this purple bar if you wish to expand the track again.

CAN I USE MUSIC FROM OTHER APPS IN MY PLAYLIST?

At this time you cannot add music outside of the Ready Set Dance app into the playlists. The curriculum has an abundant of music to create multiple playlists for multiple seasons and can act as a full preschool class solution without requiring additional music.

CAN I DOWNLOAD READY SET DANCE TRACKS OR PLAYLISTS TO PLAY IN A DIFFERENT MUSIC STREAM APP?

No. Ready Set Dance tracks and videos are only available to be streamed via the app. You cannot play the music from other apps like Apple Music or Spotify.

CAN I PLAY READY SET DANCE MUSIC OFFLINE? WHAT IF I DON’T HAVE INTERNET CONNECTION?

Yes, your Ready Set Dance app will download the music to your App, which allows you to play songs offline.

CAN I PLAY READY SET DANCE MUSIC THROUGH MY SPEAKERS OR USE MY BLUETOOTH SPEAKER TO PLAY MUSIC FROM THE READY SET DANCE APP?

Yes. Just like any music streaming device the Ready Set Dance music will play through your speaker when connected via AUX cables or alike. It can also play through your selected Bluetooth device when connected from your phone.

Additionally you can cast the app onto your Smart TV.

WHAT IS THE MONEY BACK GUARANTEE?

The 30-day money back guarantee commences at the customer sign up date up to and including the 30th day after sign up. A full refund of all monthly/annual, one-time fees and merchandise/resources paid in full by the customer, will be less shipping, handling and any applicable taxes (except in certain states and countries where shipping, handling and taxes are refundable). It applies to first time ordered subscriptions and/or merchandise/resource purchases only and not to additional or secondary orders or subsequent changes in services or service packages. For merchandise/resource purchases, customers are required to return all items in their original condition (all clothes labels must be still on the items) at the customer’s expense.

Customers will be eligible to receive a full refund of all monthly/annual subscription fees so long as they have attended the Ready Set Dance onboarding session and undertaken at least one teacher training session provided by Ready Set Dance.
