RETURNS
Retail Products
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind under any circumstances. However, we do accept exchanges for a change of size on products. If the size you need is out of stock, we will gladly offer an exchange for a different product or store credit.
The following conditions apply:
- The 30-day period begins from the date the order is placed and paid.
- To qualify for a size exchange, the product must be returned unused, complete, and in its original condition, including the original packaging.
- The return of the product and the postage for the replacement are at your expense and risk.
- The request must be made within 30 days from the order date.
- The item is not an Excluded Good, as listed below.
Excluded Goods
Returns and exchanges will not be provided on the following types of merchandise, except as required under Australian Consumer Law:
- Hair Accessories
- Hosiery
- Hats
- Swimwear
If Ready Set Dance determines that a returned product has been damaged due to an act or omission on your part, or if the product remains at your expense and risk, we reserve the right to refuse the exchange or deduct the decrease in value from the replacement product. To avoid this, please ensure the product is unused and take care to avoid actions that could affect its condition.
Wholesale Products
Please note that wholesale purchases are excluded from this policy and cannot be exchanged or refunded under any circumstances. This policy applies only to retail and teacher uniform products.
Faulty Products
At Ready Set Dance, we strive to provide quality products and service. If you believe an item you purchased is faulty, please contact us at orders@readyset.dance. Faulty items can be replaced or refunded. Consumers are entitled to return a product within a reasonable time, depending on the quality and cost of the item. If the product is confirmed to be defective, we will offer a replacement, refund, or online store credit (at your discretion). Please note that if the product is out of stock, we may not be able to offer a replacement or exchange.
You will need to return the faulty item to us by post at our expense, and we will provide further instructions. In some cases, you may be asked to dispose of the defective item, and we will guide you through the process.
Additional Information
The right to return products only applies to items that cannot be dispatched by parcel (e.g., bulky goods) when a written request for collection has been submitted. Timely dispatch of the products or submission of the written request will be sufficient for compliance with the return deadline.
Ready Set Dance will honor all rights and remedies available under Australian Consumer Law. This policy is in addition to your rights under the ACL and does not replace them.
Amendment
This policy may be amended from time to time without prior notice. Any purchase made following such amendments will be considered confirmation that you accept those changes. We recommend reviewing our current Terms and Conditions before making any purchases. Our agents, employees, and third parties do not have authority to amend this policy or our Terms and Conditions.
