How Long Does It Take for My Order to Dispatch?
All orders are processed Monday to Friday. Please allow 2-3 business days for us to pack and ship your order. If you place an order on the weekend, it will be processed the following week.
While we strive to deliver goods to your nominated address within the time frames indicated, we cannot guarantee delivery times, particularly during busy promotional and sale periods when the volume of orders may cause delays. Orders may also be delayed if payment or address information requires verification or correction before dispatch. Ready Set Dance cannot be held responsible for postal service delays or issues with delivery.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your parcel’s tracking number and the carrier it is shipping with. Please note that delivery times are estimates, and actual delivery may vary. We cannot be held responsible for any delays, late deliveries, or failures to deliver. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.
Can I Change My Order?
If you wish to change your order, please email us at orders@readyset.dance with your order details as soon as possible, and we will do our best to assist you. Unfortunately, if the order has already been shipped, we are unable to make any changes.
International Orders
Customers are responsible for any customs clearance, taxes, duties, and additional fees associated with international shipments. Ready Set Dance is not responsible for any extra charges related to international orders. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
Please note that we cannot alter the prices listed on the customs invoice.
Once your parcel arrives in the destination country, you will be contacted regarding any applicable fees. After these fees are paid, your parcel will be released and sent to you. For more information, please contact your local customs office.
Lost or Damaged Goods
If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 10 working days of placing your order so we can assist you.
